Widgets are always locked no matter if i click on "Unlock Widgets" on the
toolbox menu or by right-clicking on the desktop. After I click on "unlock" the
option will change "lock" with the appropriate icon, but the widgets are still
locked.
This has been going on for quite some time, I assumed it was a bug that came
with an update and would disappear by the next, but several updates have come
and gone and I still can't move or resize my widgets.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to move/resize any widget
2. Click on "Unlock widgets" (Or lock and then unlock)
3. Try to move/resize any widget
Actual Results:
Widgets can't be moved or resized and hovering over them doesn't show the
right-side menu.
Expected Results:
Being able to move and resize widgets and the right-side menu showing.
