If I change kdevelop into a small windowed mode where "20 stack items" is taller than the window, then I get a scrollbar and the additional stack items appear upon scrolling. If I am running fullscreen then 20 stack items fit comfortably without a scrollbar showing, and at this point there is no way to get more stack items (except to shrink the window).
