They already posted that information...
I think the problem might be that their laptop is literally 10 years old and
thus doesn't have integrated graphics. I mean, i386 processors haven't been
produced since september 2007.
I am afraid that they either will have to live with this bug, or buy a new
laptop, or figure out how to put a graphics card in their laptop. We
implemented the graphics card accelerated canvas explicitly to deal with this
bug, and haven't had any better solutions.
