This is supposed to be fixed meanwhile. 378157 looks like a problem with the ISO 9660 producer program (mkisofs ?). 386401 looks like some inner problem of K3B. Maybe caused by the state of the medium. @Leslie: Can you separate 386401 from 367639 ? @sebastian: Please post the output of dvd+rw-mediainfo /dev/sr0 when the DVD+R is inserted.
