I am also having this issue.
Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce: 1. Using the tablet pen and initial Krita settings, attempt
to drag cursor to opposite end or bottom of canvas smoothly.

Actual Results: It doesn't happen when actually drawing; only when moving the
brush from one area of the canvas outward toward one of the edges. The brush
will jump from some area on the canvas straight over to the toolbars on the
edges, hopping over large spaces of the canvas.

Expected Results: The cursor should have moved smoothly from one end of the
canvas to the other edge of the canvas without interruption.

It only happens when the mapping is in "Mouse" mode. I have tried version
2.9.10, 2.9.11, and 2.9.6 - referencing this similar bug here:
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=352733 - and the issue occurs in all
three.
