I'm very sorry to hear about this. Unfortunately, without any information,
there's no way we can triage the bug report to uncover whatever underlying
issue has caused the loss. I would recommend using a support forum (e.g.
https://forum.kde.org/viewforum.php?f=19&sid=85ecaf506e3550b1a21934baf64a6327).
If the results of that discussion point to a bug in the software (as opposed to
a configuration issue or user error), then we would be happy to investigate a
targeted, focused bug report.
