This is for the KDE in Kubuntu 17.10.
I have the folder view set to display the Desktop folder.
If I right-click on an Icon and select "Properties" or "Delete" then a window
starts up (with the info or asking for confirmation).
HOWEVER, this window starts minimized!
That is unless I *already* have such a window open already (even a minimized
one), in which case it opens onto the desktop (i.e. it's visible).
