Steps to reproduce:
1. Stop Baloo.
2. Clear Elisa local data (so that it has no information about local music).
3. Start Elisa.
4. Watch e.g. the Albums view: it has a progress spinner that spins forever.
It's unclear what is going on under the hood.
The music library should better say "Baloo is unavailable, please check this
and that..."
