Templates are not working when creating a new mail. If you start kmail in a
console and create a new message then the following lines shows up:
org.kde.pim.templateparser: html string is empty for extracting to plainText
org.kde.pim.templateparser: Impossible to extract plaintext
Answering or forwarding messages use the templates proper.
This behavior is probably related to the fact, that the default format for
mails is rich text.
