This checkbox will enable calculating of current area of virtual desktops'
rectangles - and if it will be below or above certain area values - number or
rows will be automatically increased or decreased upon panel height change.
These area values also could be set in px or percentages of the screen/panel
width.
This will potentially resolve https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=363249 and
similar bugs.
