This needs to be fixed. Tooltips are completely out of control and make using
kde incredibly painful. They convey no useful information, hide information
that is actually useful, and are an incessant obnoxious distraction. We have
popup blockers against spam; why must kde perpetuate tooltip spam? Please
fix it; I don't want to be forced to entirely dump kde.
