Certainly would be nice to have. I don't see why it is urgent though, because
you could also use underline or highlighting annotations as a workaround.
Simone: Could you detail why you "really need" this? Is this about the visual
representation? Do you want to see those as a separate category in the Reviews
sidebar? Is Okular failing to show text insertions from Adobe Reader? Other
reasons?
(Nevertheless, I think attaching the screenshot added value to the bug,
thanks.)
