I'm feeling a bit dumb for not asking these earlier... - Are you using the latest Wacom driver? - Which version is it? - Does it happen if you disable Windows Ink in the Wacom settings? - Does it happen if you enable Windows Ink in the Wacom settings and change the tablet API in Krita to Windows pointer input?
