Still I have situations in which I attach an external monitor and kscreen thinks it is the same monitor that was attached in some previous occasion until you manually kill kscreen_backend_launcher. For instance, right now I have a Samsung monitor attached, but kscreen thinks it is a Dell one. Even detaching and reattaching the monitor does not change this perception.
