Click File->Open, ensure "Show Preview" option is not selected. All
directory/filenames are visible.
Click on "Show Preview".
No preview is displayed, almost all directory/filenames listed are suddenly
truncated and have ... in them. If one attempts to resize the open file dialog
window, then all directory/filenames become fully expanded again. Hover with a
mouse over them - and it is as if I launched Paint and used an eraser tool -
everything under the mouse gets erased.
