What I do is: 1. open the album view 2. select there an image I want to tag, see the attached screenshot 3. now I want to drag it onto the map as you wrote, therefore I open a map on the left side. result: the album view is now empty and therefore I cannot drag the image to the map, see the attached screenshot.
