dolphin preferences
A small blue line appears when I leave a section of some apps preferences
window
(my screencast shows dolphin preferences but I noticed the same bug in K3b
preferences) and on mouseover menus and submenus.
My monitor scale is 1.2. No problem when I use default monitor scale.
