I'm using KDE Plasma and Kwin, but I'm not sure which this is a bug in, so I'm
reporting it here. If I have multiple Falkon windows spread across multiple
desktops, triggering the download manager sometimes has unexpected results like
bringing all the falkon windows to the current desktop.
