Synchronizer can work on selected directories/files. Just select your
files/directories in both panels, then right click and choose "Synchronize
Selected Files": Synchronizer will open with left and right path greyed,
meaning you're working with a subselection (usually you can change paths from
inside Synchronizer). Tested with 2.4.0b3 and git version.
