Hi Praveen,
Issues like this are usually a problem in the settings of the tablet driver. I
doubt it's krita not being compatible: Wacom has only one driver for its entire
product range, and most people have no problems with their wacom tablets. It is
extremely unlikely that this problem is caused by a bug in Krita's code.
Try to reset Krita's configuration
(https://docs.krita.org/KritaFAQ#Resetting_Krita_configuration) and the Wacom
settings.
