On plasma with wayland, the cursor is very big :
- within the window of kmail, dolphin, konversation, yakuake
- above the plasma panel, the plasma background
but not (as in "normal size", like in X11):
- within the window of libreoffice, firefox,...
- above the window decoration (title bar)
No problem in X11.
What info would help you to find the root of the problem?
