As workaround, remove ",Regular" from related config files. Those are, among
others:
~/.config/kdeglobals (fallback)
~/.config/kateschemarc (for text editors)
terminal:
~/.config/konsolerc
~/.local/share/konsole/*.profile
You might want to locate config file specific to application you use (in ex.
komparerc, etc).
