[kfontview] [Bug 380429] Install prompt asks the user to pick one of two choices, but gives a yes/no set of buttons

I don't see this in 5.12. Did someone fix it already? I opened a ttf in
kfontview, hit Install... and I can choose 'System' or 'Personal'.
