First thought:
Under the premise all vaults are in ~/Vaults, put ~/Vaults into excludeFolders
config by default.
@Venky: Please do this
$balooctl config add excludeFolders ~/Vaults
or use
systemsettings > workspace > search > filesearch
(names may differ)
