You were mixing incompatible packages from different OBS repositories. As a
downstream, I can tell you that this is not supported, because kdev-python is
not built against the additional Python repositories you were using and so
behavior is unpredictable ("undefined", even).
Since the issue was solved by downgrading the Python to the stock version in
the repository, this is not a bug.
