            Bug ID: 392716
Summary: Compositing not working correctly on mesa 18 with
                    intel hardware
           Product: kwin
           Version: 5.12.4
          Platform: Ubuntu Packages
                OS: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: kwin-bugs-n...@kde.org
          Reporter: sergio.calleg...@gmail.com
  Target Milestone: ---

After an upgrade to mesa 18, panels get wrong colors for panels on intel
graphics (verified on haswell and broadwell). Probably related to items that
should be translucid. Unclear if the issue is with mesa or with kwin (given
that other users of opengl seem fine and that mesa 18 is said to be
sufficiently tested on other compositors). Disabling compositing fixes the
issue.

Please see https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=105871
