How to replicate:
1. Drag an image to the timeline
2. Toggle "Preview" mode instead of High Quality
3. Apply Position & Zoom effect
3. Attempt to move the image from the center of the screen to the far left or
far right.
The image will get cut off the more you move it.
Also, when you try to resize the image to make it smaller, the cursor and image
will not be on top of each other. The cursor can move to the left side of the
screen, but the image will remain in the center.
