I find out that:
both of my machines where clean install, ie. in the installation process two
disk partition were made. First one only 243MB (the one where system files are
stored). During system update process Muon leaves old system files on the disk.
After few system updates system disk becomes to full and updates are no longer
possible.
I used command:   sudo apt-get autoremove -f    to get more disk space.

In my opinion, Muon should remove old, unnecessary, files from disk during
update process.
