Could you please do two things:
1) Update the tablet drivers to the latest version available from Wacom site.
2) Generate a tablet log as described here:
https://docs.krita.org/KritaFAQ#Windows
With the tablet log I will be able to say a bit more about what could be wrong
with your setup.
