This is like there for a reason: what Kaffeine locks when a record is happening is the transponder, not the channel. In other words, if you have multiple channels at the same transponder, you can be recording one channel while watching another one, even with just one card. You may, at any moment, record the channel you're watching too, having multiple channels being recorded at the same time, one via instant record and another one via "normal" record. Also, one may want to use instant record just to record a particularly interesting part of the content on a separate file. Granted, some extra logic could be added there to block recording a channel that it is being recorded already, but that would require some work, IMHO with very little benefit. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
