            Bug ID: 360123
Summary: Cannot deny a contact request from a spam account
           Product: telepathy
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Archlinux Packages
                OS: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: kde-telepathy-b...@kde.org
          Reporter: ondrej.kuc...@centrum.cz

A few months ago, I was contacted by an obviously spam account
(doofy7...@swissjabber.org). When I deny the request, not only that the contact
list application crashes, the request isn't really denied (even though the icon
disappears from System Tray). When going offline and back online again, I once
again receive the request.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Receive a contact request from a new contact.
2. Right-click on the icon in the System Tray.
3. Click on "Request from <contact_id>" and then in the sub-menu on "Deny".

Actual Results:
1. The icon in the System Tray disappears.
2. I am notified that I denied the request.
3. The contact list application crashes:
Mar 05 09:35:24 lexie systemd-coredump[1719]: Process 1566 (ktp-contactlist) of
user 1000 dumped core.
4. The request isn't really denied. Upon next connection, the request appears
again.

Expected Results:
1. The request is denied.
2. The contact list application doesn't crash.
