change empty trash button creation and de.po
The "Empty Trash" button in dolphin "Trash View" is missing german
localisation.

Steps to reproduce:
Locale: de_DE.UTF-8
Open Dolphin
Go to Trash
Button in the uppper right.

Solved this by applying my patch.
