Resetting to wontfix. Just reopening won't change anything. The analysis of the
situation in comment #1 still holds. This is not a problem of the window
manager. It works exactly as intended. Any changes would require X11 specific
feature additions and KWin is feature frozen for changes on X11.
Please do not reopen. This bug won't be fixed.
