I have to agree with Eike here: An application window isn't the same as a
browser tab. An application doesn't live under the assumption that a user might
close it at any moment just by pressing the wrong mouse button.
If undoing closing a window were possible, I'd think it's a good idea to set
closing by middle-click the default, but since it isn't, it shouldn't be.
