In fact, this is not really a cpu loop, this is a very very very long computation. Indeed, when you open the "Account" page, Skrooge tries to check your last reconciliation. In your case, Skrooge has too check with all operation since 2013, so many operations. You should be able to bypass this issue by changing the status of old operation to "reconciliated".
