"Search and Launch" makes it sound like it was just the same as KRunner only
with a button to open it from a panel.
It should therefore behave exactly the same. It should use the same set of
plugins that KRunner uses, and allows access to its configuration.
Otherwise, it's just confusing because it's "almost, but not quite like
KRunner".
