It seems that the 'Apply' button in the configure dialog window is actually labelled 'Find' for some reason. By chance my mouse pointer showed a tooltip when held over the 'Find' button stating 'Apply the configuration changes to the report'. When I clicked on 'Find' it actually applied the changes and I was able to save the changes with the 'Save' button in the main window. I've tried modifying and saving several reports. I've attached a modified screenshot with the relevant button highlighted in red. Seems like the 'Find' button in the dialog window needs to be relabelled as 'Apply'?
