It's hard to collate all the issues discussed into a list of actionable work, and there's a lot of filler to sit through. Also, Bugzilla tickets need to be focused, i.e. one issue per ticket. Otherwise, if one of the issues reported therein gets fixed, you can't actually close the ticket--and if you do, the other ones get lost. So just saying, "hey, this video shows a guy complaining about some KDE thing, you should fix it!" doesn't really help much, I'm afraid.
