Screen recording
Can confirm on both Kubuntu 18.04 with Plasma 5.12.5 and KDE Neon Dev Unstable
with everything from git master (after putting the Trash on the desktop by
dragging it from the Places panel in Dolphin).
A phantom Trash appears that's not interactive; restarting plasmashell works
around the issue.
I'm attaching a screen recording from Neon Dev Unstable using a new user
account.
