Did you make those subscriptions in Amarok, or in gpodder?
All podcast subscriptions I have made in Amarok appear in Amarok only, and will
not be shown in the gpodder list, and vice versa. When you check on the gpodder
website you will see both.
I don't think this is a bug, as you do not import subscriptions from gpodder,
it's the other way round, gpodder is meant to be a service where you can reuse
your subscriptions in other applications, but you do not import those in the
application itself.
