            Bug ID: 396440
           Summary: Task manager doesn't mark applications with more than
                    one window after plasmashell restart
           Product: plasmashell
           Version: 5.13.2
          Platform: Debian unstable
                OS: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: Icons-only Task Manager
          Assignee: h...@kde.org
          Reporter: david.cortes.riv...@gmail.com
                CC: plasma-b...@kde.org
  Target Milestone: 1.0

When using the icons-only task manager, if I force-kill plasmashell and then
launch it again, the applications for which there is more than one open window
will not show the marker that appears when an application has more than one
window (in the default settings, this is a green plus sign below the icon).

Steps to reproduce:
* Launch two or more instances of a graphical application with a window, so as
to make it show with the mark of multiple windows opened on the task manager.
* Kill plasmashell.
* Relaunch plasmashell.

Expected behavior:
* Once the task manager appears again, applications that had more than one
window open should have a mark that would indicate it, just like it was before
killing plasmashell.

Actual behavior:
* Once the task manager appears again, no applications have the sign that
indicates more than one window.

Reproducible: always.

Setup: Plasma 5.13.2, frameworks 5.47, QT 5.10.1, running on Debian buster/sid.
