Dolphin allows you to set the size of icons in two sections: by default and in
the preview. Suppose I set the default size to 32 pixels, go to one directory,
where I have to enlarge the icons, enlarge them, then close the Dolphin
program. When you open the application, the icons do not have the default size
of 32 pixels, but have the size of the folder in which I had to enlarge. I
think Dolphin should use the size of the icons from the default section and
restore the size of the icons to 32 pixels. This is how Nemo behaves.
BTW - I use the selected option "Use shared view properties for all
directories"
To return the error:
- start doplhin, enter the settings, view mode, detailed, set the default eg 32
pixels.
- enter into general behavior and check the Use common properties views for all
directories option
- apply changes
- enter any directory, enlarge the icons and close the dolphin
- restart the dolphin. Everywhere the icons are bigger.
