Steps to reproduce:
- Open a few wayland client windwos (kate, konsole, whatever)
- Open a browser like chromium (Xwayland based):
- Navigate to youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=auuQA0Q8qpM (plasma
mobile promo video)
- Open the video in fullscreen
- Try alt-tabbing away to one of the other windows (kate/konsole/whatever)
- Observe: it doesn't work: the other window is not raised on top of the
fullscreen video/browser window, the video stays in fullscreen.
