update for startup scripts:
According to journalctl -b -0, the script gets called only after logoff/login,
and not after suspend/wakeup
I can only find the line
ksmserver[11905]: org.kde.kf5.ksmserver: autostart script
("/home/user/.config/autostart-scripts/kde_init.sh") finished with exit code 0
when doing a logoff/login cycle
