When Blur effect on menus is enabled, and when a folder on desktop is right
clicked the blur dosen't show and weird behaviour occurs.
steps to reproduce:
go to System Settings > Application Style > Widget Style > Configure >
Transparency Tab
set the transparency to any value and apply the settings.
now create a folder on desktop and right click on it to see the context menu
hover over the context menu to see the weird behavior.
