I can confirm the bug about a resource bundle showing a red icon upon being
saved. (Essentially losing its icon)
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Import Bundle (Ignore if bundle already imported)
2. Select "Edit Bundle"
3. Select "Save"
The bundle's icon should now be replaced with the generic red icon.
The bug was tested on an Arch Linux installation with the following software
versions:
Application Version: 4.2.0 (Pre-alpha; Nightly version)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.13.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.50.0
Qt Version: 5.11.1

As regards the bug about the brushes being selected not showing up on the
"Selected" column even after moving them there and saving the bundle. I can
confirm that too, but I would really recommend you to open a fresh bug report
for the second issue as it makes it easier on the devs if one report follows
one bug/issue only.
