Sorry - wrong component. I'm new to KDE and not sure of all the components.
Should I switch it to Desktop Dashboard?
Note / related: When viewing all Virtual Desktops together, there is slight
shading on inactive desktops, and the desktop with the mouse is un-shaded. This
is a much subtler and more reasonable amount of shading (in my opinion) than
when viewing all windows in one desktop.
