I have a setup with 3 screens (laptop + 2 external monitors), each of them has
a Panel with a taskbar, set to only show windows from current screen. After I
disconnect the monitors, the taskbar on the laptop's screen no longer shows any
windows. The problem persists even after I reconnect the monitors. To restore
the normal functionality, I have to remove the tasbar from the panel and re-add
it, or log out and back in.
