SUMMARY
Tooltip texts do not display fully when I hover the mouse over a non-open item
on the dock
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Pin System Settings on the dock
2. Close System Settings if it's opening
3. Hover the mouse over the System Settings icon on the dock
EXPECTED RESULT
