SUMMARY

KMail never loads external references from the internet even though it has been
explicitly allowed in the Settings.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable Settings>Configure KMail>Security>Reading>Allow messages to load
external references from Internet
2. Open a mail with external references
3. 

EXPECTED RESULT

It should load external references like images from internet.


ACTUAL RESULT

A message is constantly displayed which is as follows

>security/privacy reasons external references are not loaded. If you trust the 
>sender of this message then you can load the external references for this 
>message by clicking here.
